Angry can't get bloody windowmotor out of 126 driverdoor

as said, the window is all the way up and it doesn't go down. never did. prob rusted wormwheel. it gets power. i don't want to damage it, the threads of the stuff holding the motor are tight against the door. no movement.
what to do? brute force? HELP!

You must disconnect the motor's electrical connections and unbolt the motor from the door. Then the whole assembly will drop, watch the glass, and remove the slider from the channel at the bottom of the window.

I checked Braingears, but the front door sections of the manual were missing.
