Flickering brake wear light

I replaced the pads and rotors about a month ago. Yesterday the brake wear indicator light started flashing on and off. Frequency increases with car speed, ie no flickering when stopped. Also there is a static pop in the radio with each flash. I didn't pull the wheels yet, but I suspect a sensor wire came loose and is touching against the rotor. Sound reasonable?

I think that is a good guess. Let us know what you find.

All the wires are plugged in where they are supposed to be. One of then was bent outward and maybe it was brushing against the inside of the rim(?). Seems to be fixed now.

I'd definitely check the wear sensor. The audio pop is weird though - it seems to signal a ground loop, so perhaps the sensor has come off the pad and is grounding or shorting to the chassis?

EDIT - Glad you fixed it!
