Flywell bolts to REPLACE?

Hi to everibody
Tomorrow i will start tho disassemble my engine as my clk leak serously oil fropm the crankshft seal lip..............
On MB doc I can read that they suggest to change every time bolts that hold the flywell............but i have to order these....
is this real? the bolt must be at 45 N.m 1 90 dgree i do not think is a very big torque.
what do you siuggest me? Is really necessary chage this bolt?
I am far from the dealer....
