Suggestions for installing window switch

I have a 1986 560sl. The drivers window switch needs to be replaced. Is this a relatively easy task? Can anyone provide me with a step by step. I don't won't to break the center console. Thanks.

Take a small computer screwdriver or pocket knife and pry the switch up slowly. It will disconnect easily from the wire harness once out of the console. Plug new switch in and push back into place gently. It's a piece of cake.

Thanks for the advice

Thanks for the advice Rusty. I take it that I do not need to remove the wood console to remove the switch, correct?
