2001 e320 dead

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
It is a 2001 e320 wagon. I love the car, it has been nothing but great. I have done all of the service as the dealer has recomended up till now with 72000 miles. So here is what happened.
Last week the air bag malfunction came on. Tonight abs, and bas malfunction lights came on. The car would not shift into lower gears which I read is called limp mode? Now the car is in my driveway and will not start. It seems to have power but will not turn over.
Can anyone help me.
Thank you..

if it's original battery, it's time for a new one. Are you familiar with Mercedes Roadside Assistance? where they come to you and attempt to start you car, you only pay for the battery (approx $120 - $140)

When you say it won't turn over, is the engine turning at all when you try to start the car?

If your problem doesn't turn out to be the battery it very well could be the case that your crankshaft position sensor has gone belly up. Located at the rear of the head --- easy replacement on the 6 and not too expensive.

Good Luck
