Brake Caliper Compatibility

I have a 300SD that both front Brake Caliper Bleed screws are plugged. I also have a 123, 1980 300TD parts car. Would the calipers from the 123 body fit the 300SD (till I get new brake calipers tommorow)? For the record the master cylinder and every other component works.
