86 300e burning blue

Good morning everyone.
So I took the plunge and replaced the valve guide seals.
All the info on this site was greatly appreciated.
Problem is I noticed that #4 & #6 cylinder spark plugs continue to be wet when pulled after a night of sitting.
Bigger problem is I can be driving down the road and the car will start belching a lot of smoke. The smoke is blue and will have an oily catalytic smell to it and is very strong. A guy behind me was literally waving his hand in front of his face.
I can shut the car off, and 20 minutes later take it out and put it through different paces and it won't smoke at all. The fact that when it smokes it is "REALLY" bad and then it stops.
Anybody have any ideas?
