OK so I have bled all the calipers. No air or splatter. Still the pedal goes to the floor and no brakes unless I pump them. Is there a way to determine if the problem is the Master Cylinder or the Vacuum assist brake booster? This is on my 240D if that helps.

putting new rotors, calipers, pads and all that good business. The car had this problem before I changed the parts. Hoping that would solve it, but it didn't. The master cylinder, resorvoir, and grommets that hold the resorvoir all look good. But looks can be decieving I know. I don't have any vacuum issues so I can't easily say there is a leak there. Hope this helps in helping me.

If there is no fluid loss = Internal master cylinder failure, replace it..
