Looking at a 420sel

Just saw a nice 88 420sel with 95K miles. It appears to be in good shape. Drove real nice, with no unusual noises or vibrations. What are the weak areas I should be looking at before purchase? Are these cars generally easy to maintain? I own a 380se, and just love it. Thanks, Al
