97 E320 missfire

I have a 97 E320 with the 104 engine. This thing had a missfire on #1 cyl. I replace the plugs with the recomended Bosch and the coil connectors. I still have a missfire on #1.
When I replaced the plugs they were worn out and I had p103 missfire code and random multiple missfire code. Now all I get is the P103 code for #1 cyl and the computer will not turn on #1 injector. I have checked the wiring between the injector and computer with no trouble found. Also I have inspected the secondary ignition and found no problems either.
I am assuming the computer has shut down #1 injector because of the missfire. What do i need to do to get this injector firing again? The only scan tool I have access to is a generic OBDll which will clear the codes and turn off the light but the miss remains and the light comes on right away.

Thanks in advance.
