Asr Light?
1994 Mercedes e320 wagon. The ASR light comes on intermittently. Affecting drivabilty and performance greatly. A mechanic said it could be realated to a ground fault or the grounds for the ASR system. Does anyone know where the grounds would be or any other possible causes for this issue??
Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks -Zach |

Check for equal tire size/pressure....
...if all checks OK, change the brake light switch.. Last edited by Arthur Dalton; 08-28-2006 at 08:09 PM. |

IF only the ASR mil lamp comes on then the problem is in the electronic accelerator. You need someone with MB scanner that can read codes from that system..brake lamp switch can be one of many possibilities
IF both ABS & ASR comes on.. then the traction system will be the place to start.
