90' 300SE sometimes starts? Weird
my 90' 300SE with 180,000 miles just a few days ago wont start the first time I turn the key. (nothing not even crank) Then when I move the shifter to the side a little bit it starts up. What is this problem? is there like a switch in the shifter whick is bad?

Yep, sounds like a neutral safety switch going bad in there, it prevents the car from being started if its in anything but park or neutral, when it goes bad it exhibits the exact symptoms you described.

300e starts
could also be one or both of the shift rod bushings.
