Start by hooking up the car to the MB service compu to have a look at the fault. If it IS a seat belt buckle, you can install it yourself, but the SRS system may need to be reset by the dealer...

Here is the way it works! SRS codes don't go away just because the you have fixed a problem. THEY MUST be read & erased with a code reader! Have the codes read by a MB tech & find out what the problem really is.
