Yeah I see what you mean, there may be something there, as you suspect it may be specific to the SEC. Aren't those cars cool? I hope maybe an SEC owner may chime in, it doesn't look quite right does it. The area i was generically referring to is in your first pic, up around where the shaft of your arrow goes through, up around the top of the tire and back. On the front (second pic), it almost looks like the center bar (with the single bolt going through it) is bent, but this might noramlly have a cover over it, again an SEC owner would be helpful, or try finding some illustrations out of the electronic parts catalog.
