W220 2000 S430 Front Wheel Hub Repair Help!

Hello all, my S430's front left wheel is making a humming noise which increases with speed and there is a slight shimmy when I go above 50mph... I think it's the front left wheel bearing.

I ordered a new front wheel hub bearing for my 2000 S430, the WIS said I have to pack the bearing with 60gm and 15gm for the cap. I called my MB dealer's parts dept and see if the bearing grease is available, the guy told me I don't need any bearing grease, the hub is sealed, just put it on and it's ok...

Is this true? Do I need any bearing grease? Do I need to pack the bearing? Also, how much force do I need to take the old hub bearing off the knuckle arm... Any input is appreciated!
