Looking at E420 or 400E

Dear M-Shop denizens -

Does anyone have a punchlist of items to especially check on the V8 W-124's. ?? I am power starved. Anything that is particularly troublesome?

My 2.6 is getting very tired, and don't have time to put into it. The body and interior are both 8's if anyone is interested. 225K Miles White/Grey/Palomino

Needs - minimum stem seals,
Near future, T-Chain and Rails
One noisy lifter that doesn't want to quiet down anymore when warm (like it used to).
Will need 2 tires soon.
Brakes good
AC Fair
Still wants to go all day
New TC tensioner, Belt, Belt Tensioner, and an idler pulley.
Shocks last Year
