I have a 99 E320 that is experiencing a "jerking" problem. After slowing down, but not completely stopping as through a yield sign (we all come to a complete stop at stop signs ) and then accelerating, the car hesitates a bit then slams into gear. Does anyone have any suggestions? I changed the transmission fluid and filter but it didn't help. Could it be something other than the transmission?
