124 Power Seats belching bb's

I have a 124 with power front seats. I've been finding two different sized ball bearings under the seats for months. I know they fit between the seat rail and frame rail but has anyone BTDT on a seat overhaul that can tell me how exactly they fit? I will be ripping the seats out to restore the tracks to normal condition but I'd like some guidance on how they go back. The manuals don't go into this level of detail.
