Behind the battery, under a plastic shield.

In the immediate vicinity of the battery. I'm sure someone with more specifics will join in and give you more complete info.

it's behind the battery.... you may have to slip out the big black controller box... and behind that you will see two ciagarette box sized black relays...one is the ac and the other the fuel pump.

To the right of that should be the OVP ..it is rectangular and should be red...possibly black, but most likely red. it has two 10 amp fuses on it..

The relay just unplugs from a base.

I just had a starting issue problem... the fuses were fine...however the OVP had the dreaded rattle... although my rattle was very minimal.

Plugged in a new one and off we went

So apparently it was the OVR?

I have read that the rattle could be just the insulation near the bottom thats not glued & doesn't mean in itself that the unit is bad

I just changed my OVR as it has been said they cause all sorts of gremlins when they get old & may be old after 100K

My old ione is the orig MB one & it has the rattle!

New one made in Hungary
Will have to see if there is a difference.
