1996 mercedes benz s500 locks and trunk will not lock

i have a 1996 mercedes benz s500 the doors will not lock and the trunk will not close or lock if anyone can help me i would be very thankfull.thanks joe.

Have you chaek the vacuum pump under r\rear seat ( centrol locking vacuum pump) ?

So if you try to close the trunk it just bounces back? Have you tried to push the button in that is normally used to open the trunk to see if maybe the latch is tripped? This may be the reason the doors won't lock as well.
