Found bad wiring in my 95 129 Chassis Wiring Harness, before replacing was getting power to air pump, now after replacing harness not getting power to air pump and will not pass smog test, all fuses OK, what have I missed ?

Check all connector seals.
There was a recent issue where another member changed the mass air meter, and the seal was pushed into the connecting pins.

Did you replace all of the engine compartment wire harnesses or only one?
