126 Blower Motor Replacement

Well, I finally got the a new blower motor for my 560SEL. Going to put it in tonight or tomorrow. Seems simple enough- remove glove box insides, side pillar carpeted cover, lower dash cover, blower cover, remove old blower, install new one, and test operation. My question is what else could be the problem if this doesn't fix my blowing. (Its starting to get chilly here in NC ) Some people have said that some cars had a 30Amp fuse installed to replace the factory fuse in the box. If so, where did they put the replacement fuse. I've looked everywhere, and I can't find it. Also, my Tranny Modulator O-Ring is leaking a little ATF, is that a D-I-Y job or something I need to take to a shop, and where can I get the o-ring? Is it the same as something from NAPA? Thanks, Dave.
