Auxillarly Airvalve? Need Expert Advice

The Aux Airvalve on my 1982 280 E is JUNK, I need a new one, but the part number on mine is 280140042 where all the ones for sale in the U.S. are 280140037 would the 037 work in place of the 042?

The parts "look" identical but I'm not sure if there's a difference between the 2

yes it should work,even if they are different the only diff would be the speed with which it closed off and that shouldn't change much in the way the engine warms up.
