I need to know if the wiring harness with the following part number is the updated ( "non-biodegradable") one. The number is:F7000-237553. This the number listed on Buy Parts and the same one ordered by the repair shop where I am having it installed as well as a new head gasket. The mechanic assures me that it is but I just want an "independent" confirmation. This is my first MB and the first major sort of repair work I have had done on it. The harness was ordered today and should be delivered to the shop tomorrow so I would appreciate some feedback pronto. Thanks in advance
