Transmission vac dashpot
My tranny shifts a little hard from first into second. Is it possible that this dashpot is the culprit? If it is - how would I test for proper function? I did try sucking on it and found out that the hole goes all the way through it! :eek: :dizzy2: :eek:
PS: sorry, I do not know how to make the image smaller! :(

search on www.dieselgiant.com for diagnosing trans vacuum. Be prepared to be overwelmed with the diagnostics! You should post in the diesel forum from now on. |
