89 300E Idle Control Valve

Hi! Everybody great site
Well i have a 1989 300e it idle's high but if i unplug the idle control valve
it idle's normal what control's the valve also the EHA valve is leaking gas
out of the small hole in the case,has anyone ever repaired one of these valves or where can i get a good used one or where can you send it to be repaired
