Time to move up. I love the 124 series. When they are right, well maintained I think there isn't anything better. I continue to be amazed at the 91 300E. Just runs!

I like them both. I am having a hard time finding a very low mileage MBZ wagon (sub 30K) that also has the MBZ extended warranty.

It has been years since I have driven a BMW for an extended period of time.

2003 E320 wagon ended up being the choice. 53k miles with extended MBZ warranty good to 100k miles.
