Vibration through floorboard.

Had the winter wheels re-balanced this week, after experiencing a slight steeringwheel vibration.
THAT vibration is gone now, but I experience a tingling vibration through the floorboards.
This starts at @ 65 mph & continues up to about 75 - 80 mph.
It's enough to make your feet numb after a while.
Any suggestions from the vibration experts?

Did they cure the steering wheel vibration by rotating tires front to back?

I had the front wheels balanced first, which eliminated the steeringwheel vibration, and then decided to have the backwheels done as well.
Pretty sure it is not a wheel/tire issue.
I was thinking maybe driveshaft related or something of that nature.

I would check the flex discs on the drive shaft, but i'm not sure that would be speed related usually you would feel that all the time. I would still check those though.

Did a visual inspection on them.
The rear disc looks 100%, the front is a little harder to determine.
Maybe I'll just replace the front one, as I understand, that is normally the one to need replacing first.
