02 C32 ticking. Please help diagnose my video

Hello everyone. Well I introduced myself in the general forums. So lets get this party started!

2002 C32 AMG
102k miles
Oil changed 2k miles ago

This is my first Mercedes. It turns out after talking with owners, that most MBs have pretty loud engines. My car sounded like most of the others I have heard. But this loud ticking just started a few days ago. I was hoping it was the purge valve bracket as I have an early model C32. But its definately not that. The ticking does not go away after the car warms up. It appears to be coming from the driver side head. Aside from the ticking being annoying, it doesnt seem to adversly affect anything at this point. But it certainly sounds like a lifter. Being that the car has 102k miles on it, I imagine the top end could use some freshening up. The video below is only 2mb. It should stream if you click on it. There is a shot from outside the car, and one with the hood open.

I am a DIYer. So if I can help get a diagnoses, I can order some parts and get this taken care of. I love this car, and want to mod it further. But only after I take care of all the issues I have first. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Lifter noise... Not a difficult task but a special tool(s) required to locate each camshaft while removing the rocker shaft assembly.

Thanks for the response. So what is the most likely cause of the noise? I guess I am unsure of what needs to be replaced. I have a subscription to alldatadiy, and my w203 service dvd is on its way I was looking through my alldata guide, and the job doesnt look to bad. But its the kind of job I like to have someone around the first time who has done this before Since this is my daily driver, I need to make it a one day deal, so I need to have all my ducks in a row before I start. Quack quack
