Turn signal & dash board problems

Hi Guys,

I have a CLK 200 (2001) and I have a problem with my left turn siganl. It stays on all the time and blinks at the normal speed. My right turn signal one works fine.
All the bulbs seem to be working fine.

Just to add a bit more info... The car was in the garage a few weeks ago with an ignition problem. They replaced that but said that the SRS sensors have come on and had to replace two of them.
Since then a couple of the electronic diplays look to be malfunctioning. i.e the LED for the temperature & the Gear LED's are not showing fully.
So could there be a bigger problem than just the tur signal. Could it be a loose wire or something?

Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks.
