I spoke with a tech at the local dealership that I've known for a while. He told me to bring the car in and he would hook it up to the computer and reset the throttle settings. He told me that the fly by wire systems can have the starting issues that I've been experiencing. We'll see how it goes.

What are symptoms of a bad throttle actuator? No doubt an expensive piece.
