Question Please help with ignition control module

Thank you very much to members who replied on my questions earlier (Mr. Mike Freeman and Mr. David S Poole. But I still have the same problem with my 500-SEL (1985) . I found that ICU is really bad . I opened it and found that a Resistor R24 (attached to the wall of the ICU box from inside) i burned. I found on the Web that Volvo owners rebuild it . I also found that R 24 is a part of the circuit of " missing pulse detector". I might be wrong, but circuits look very similar. I've been able to find only approximate value of resistance (310 kOm). After repair car anyway can not start. Ignition coil and fuel pump relay were replaced a couple of years ago. Fuel pump is running (when jumped directly), Fuel pump relay also clicks when jumped. Maybe somebody try to do a similar repair? I will be very appreciated for an advice.
