Anyone have anything to say positive or negative about this Mercedes. I am awaiting delivery of this vehicle which will arrive next week. All feedback is appreciated.

I was actually trying to get general feedback concerning this year (1993)and model (600SEC) vehicle. I was not talking in specifics about the one I just purchased.

The car when new was a fantastic driving experience. I've had a '93 500 coupe, '98 600 coupe and a '98 500 coupe. Of the three I enjoyed the '98 600 the most. The later transmission was more suitable to my driving style, I also liked some of the later options like xenon and parktronic.

At this point I'd be concerned about the wiring harness on your car, if it hasn't been replaced it will need to be. The evaporator will also be an issue at some point if it hasn't already been.

If you just want to read opinions about the car I'd look at what the review mags had to say back then.
