blow off valve

yess i said blow off valve. like i sound like a ricer. all i wanted is too take care of my 2005 c230k. they said that the 1.8 is boosted at 11 psi. and most of the time this cars are rev happy specially when i let mom drive the car. (thats why i put it on comfort mode so it would redline at 5000 rpm). well they said the bypass valve that the c230k has dont really work that good because instead of relieving the air it recycle it back and create more pressure and this cause the bearing to have heavy load and i dont like that pressure + bearing = failure/rebuild/money. so im trying to prevent it. so installing a BOV will help the pressure. i just want to know all the circumstances the difficulty of installation what are the steps, what kind of blow off valve to use. i wanted to do this because in the long run a 200 dollar BOV may save me 2-5gs rebuilding my supercharger if you know what i mean.

any comments concern are welcome thats why i post it i need help thank you.
