DIY control arm bushing replacement?

My '01 C320 with only 29K miles has a leaking front control arm bushing(!!!) I haven't gotten a price quote from the dealer yet, but I'm thinking about pulling the control arm myself, having an indy shop replace the bushing, and reinstalling.

Can I DIY this? Can the control arm be removed with the car on ramps, or does the wheel need to be off the ground?

And perchance would anyone know the bolt torque specs?
