I agree totally with you on that. I never use the cruise feature either. It's just my way to fix all that is broken or inoperatable. Kinda cool having a 23 year old Mercedes with all the electronics in working order. Especially when I fix them myself. It's a learning experience for me since I grew up with Fords and Chevys.
Next up: Practicing my soldering and paning through my shop CD trying to figure out how to set the timing. Looks far more complicated than setting a Ford or Chevy.
