722.408 Transmission

I have a 1988 190E 2.3 in need of a B2 Piston. My other needs are this:

I need a part number for the piston AND updated plastic sleeve that the piston slides in.

Upon replacement of the piston and sleeve, are there any other parts that I should replace or other concerns I should have?
