Oops! The ears in the transmission that engage the torque converter broke while I was changing the front seal on the transmission. Does anyone have a blown transmission with a good front part, it's the part in the front of the tranny that is bolted on with about 8 bolts, it slips right off.

I feel very fooooolish! Any Help?

Do mean the case or the pump broke?

This is the 2 ears within the case that drive the pump and are inserted into the torque converter. Thanks for your interest

What you are referring to is the pump gear torque converter drive lugs, which is part of the torque converter hub, if the lugs broke off the TC hub, yes you will also need the front pump.
