I have been reading a lot of the posts on this topic and I have a question.
What is meant by 2 degrees on timing chain and how is this check performed. Like to learn things. thanks

You should not have to worry about this on your engine.
On the other engines, you could check by lining up the marks on the cam by turning the crank clockwise then reading the degree marks on the crank.
