EHA questions

What is the EHA and where is it located on my 86 300E? I am having throttle problems and keep reading about the EHA and have no clue what it is at the current moment in time.

if they did not change the M103 between 86 and 89 then the EHA is #9 in the pic and list .

Why do you need to reset the EHA? first you do the current testing,ma.check out the ox,direct correlation. If you think you are having fuel problems you need to have the fuel pressure upper and lower checked.Just because you read it dose not mean you need to jump into it,do the testing first.JNT

I don't know if i need to reset it. I do need to test it first. I was just wondering what and where it was, had no clue. And how do you test it?
