Question Designo Edition? HELP!

A 2000 E320 has come up for sale locally and the owner says it is a Designo Edition. It has green and grey interior and different color of wood but it is not burlwood nor zebrano. Could someone be kind enough to tell me what exactly Designo Edition is? Is it just a much cooler looking interior with a better grade of leathr or do other options also come with the car? Are they worth more? Anything?
Many Thanks

OH I ALMOST FORGOT! How are the engines and other components in this car? Does the engine and tranny have any problems to lookout for in this model year? Any weaknesses with the 2000 E320?

Designo is a Mercedes program whereby a potential new car buyer can "design" his/her new car choosing from a pallete of special body colors, upholstery colors, headliner materials, and wood trim types. It's all very expensive and generally not available from MBUSA.

Hey thanks for the reply!
I did read once on the mbusa site that this was around a $5900 option. WOW. If this car checks out then I will definitely try to acquire it.
Thanks again

They're really pretty cool. I checked one out that was in Florida, and the Designo just gave it some pretty cool interior things like better leather, different dash wood, and a wood steering wheel.
