Partial Solution
So, after ordering a replacement bulb for my CEL and having it not fix it, I took the car into the dealer to be diagnosed. The determined that the CEL was an issue with the computer not being programmed to actuate the lamp. They have to reprogram the computer to fix it. Its possible that this wa this way since day one.
As to the Fuel bank errors, they also think its the MAF and they want $400 to replace the component and a couple hours to 'calibrate' the car and test drive it. All in all they want $840 to fix the MAF problem. Safe to say, I'll be buying and replacing the sensor myself and saving the $600. Len |

Just replace the MAF yourself its super simple, then drive the car for like 100 miles and it will reset the codes. On my friends 98 we unplugged the battery overnight and that seemed to clear everything as well.
