Looking for PDF file for timing chain alignment

Well, looks as if I have the dreaded head gasket leak on my 94 E320 and I am going to put in a new gasket. I read some excellet posts here, and one referred to a invalid link with a PDF on ligning up the cams when re-installing the timing chain. Does anyone here have a copy of that file? Thanks

One last thing, I was just wondering what the best gasket is to use for the job. I see that the MB gaket is available, does anyone know if this is the "new improved" gaket as mentioned in another article?
