190 2.6 question
I have a friend with a 1990 190 he might sell. I test drove it and the ABS was acting weird. It was engaging under normal (dry) braking, but not consistently. He had just been washing the car and I was thinking maybe something got wet, but I do not know if that was the problem. My question is: do these cars have any known issues with the ABS?
thanks Fred

The ABS control module and hydraulic unit are very dependable on these cars. Problems are usually caused by bad front wheel sensors - the wire can break from flexing over time.
