Exclamation Name That Part! Outer Air Screen/Cover 1994 E320 Sedan W124

I was replacing the cabin filters in my 1994 E320 Sedan I acquired used last October, and found what looks to be the original cabin filters

(close-up)

I broke off the left vent (driver's side) because I tried to unscrew and pull it off as you do on the right.

So basically I need to replace the entire vent/screen assembly (the big plastic part you pull out in addition to the vent)...

Right now it's not attached at all (see above), and I'm worried I'm going barely be out of my driveway when it flies out from under the hood, or worse ends up breaking a fan etc.
What is the name of this vent/screen/assembly? Does anyone have one or know where I can get one... fast (or if I should be worried about it in the rain for the time being?)

... and this winter I hit a patch of ice and ran into a mound of snow, anyone know what the lower part of the bumper where the towing eye is called? I have yet to find a replacement for it, just the top part of the bumper

Does item 5 look like the piece? If so it depends on chassis number: 124 620 13 78 up to B960686, 124 620 42 78 from B960687

For the broken air deflector under the bumper, you have to replace the entire bumper. I did it, it was easy only about 6 screws. You will need to paint it but it comes primed and ready for paint and clearcoat. The paint and supplies cost about $70, I sprayed the base and clear coat myself and it came out perfect and is still good after 2 winters. Follow the link below to purchase a bumper for $150, the fit and quality were exactly the same as the OEM.

Good luck,

Jerry Mullen

Thumbs up Thanks!!

You guys are very knowledgeble! Thanks so much for your help!

I need part #5, I could really use #35 too.
Where can I order these parts?

Jerry_Mullen: That sounds like a plan for the bumper as soon as I fix everything mechanical, I'll start working on the cosmetics, thanks!
