I have 1995 140w the miles are only 90,000. the car squeaks, and creaks, when driving,(front) or when some one gets out, just lately I have found that the squeak is louder and now can be heard if you are parked not moving and wiggle the steering wheel. I have have so many MB shops look at it and they have different diagnose, it getting expensive just to look at it , one lube the joints and bushings it helped for a while and came back now it won't go away. ANY ideas

Lower ball joints were causing it in my car.

Doe's anyone know how hard it is to replace front lower ball joints?

On my previous car, it took me about 1.0 - 1.5 hours for both sides
( had never done this before ).
You may want to verify they are defective.
At that mileage there is a good chance they are.

Not hard, but you'd need two special pullers:
