190E Water pump replacement DIY questions

I have a few questions about replacing a water pump for a 190E 2.6. They are as follows:

1. What is the best way to get off the pulley that is attached to the pump?
2. It looks like there is 3 bolts that attach the pump to the block. One needs to be loosened by an allen wrench and is the the front. The other two are hidden in tight quarters in the back. Any special tools/techniques needed to get at these three bolts?
3. Thus far, I have removed the belt, all hoses, radiator fan, and fan shroud. I am working on the pulley. Is there anything else that I need to remove. It looks like I can get at it once the pulley is removed?
4. Any other tips/special tools?

thanks,

John
