In fact I was about to see if I can connect my transmission fitting to my PS box. But who knows they may only consider that fitting low pressure because of it having a barbed fitting on the other end. I couldent find wher you got the name "Ball Swivel/Metric", but they did mention NPSM. I have also found similare fittings to this. DIN L or S ball nose series or DIN 60° Cone. Or BSP, JIS 60° Cone. One of the problems I'm having is any pictures I get on the web show the fittings with the nuts extended over the flare or cone. The cone fittings mentioned above do appear to be more of a machined finnished tapered cone. Compared to the more spherical specimen I showed in the picture. I may just have to order a few specimens of each and see which looks best,but I really need the ends that get silver soldered to the steel tube and preferably in stainless.
