1994 e320 running sluggish

hi i gotr a 1994 e3320,
i recently changed the MAF, spark plugs, wires, air filter.
i had alot of codes i cleared them all up, the car ran smooth.
but ever since the car is running very heavy like it does'nt wanna go.

i read the codes and i got:
code 23 on the main reader.
code 8 on pin 8
code 2 on pin 14

any ideas?
thanks in advance.

ASR or non ASR - it makes a difference in the fault codes.

no i dont have asr, so no asr.
today i started getting code 6 on the main one.
still getting 2 on pin 14
and 8 on pin 8
and the car is idling at around 1100 rpm on park and about 800 on drive. and will not go down.
could my mass air flow sensor be messing all this up?
b/c i changed it recently, but the inside sensor looks diff than the orig one i had, instead of motherboard-like sensors where the ar goes through, it has 2 thin wires with sort of a transistor on it. i bought it off ebay.
but the car seems like it doesnt wanna go, before all this it used to be pretty quick and light, and gave me way better gas mileage.

Sounds like a hot wire sensor...you need an Hot Film Mass sensor. [ which is OEM for that chassis]

ya i thought it didnt look right.
but would that cause all these problems?
also one thing i noticed, my cruise does not work.
i checked for vac leaks i got nothing.
igot a couple of times code 5 for the egr.
but the main thing i always got was code 23, which indicates pressre too high or too low in intake.
any ideas?
thanks in advance

You need to start with the correct MAF sensor and go from there.
