1991 300e coolant leak

i got a 1991 300e and whenever i park it like after im off the highway, i come back and see a puddle of coolant under the passenger side of the engine compartment. doesnt look like its coming from the actual engine.
seems like its coming down from the lower control arm area. could it be the heater core?
